Anna Bopp works with Erica Cai, PhD, researching the pathogenesis of beta cell death in type 1 diabetes.
Prior to joining the Indiana Biosciences Research Institute (IBRI), Bopp worked as an undergraduate researcher at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center conducting research on head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSCC). She studied new immunotherapies and murine modeling of HNSCC.
She lives in Fishers, Ind., with her husband, and enjoys running marathons and baking in her free time.
