Li Lin

Li Lin works with Andrew Templin, PhD, on the mechanisms of diabetes pathogenesis related to islet immune responses and beta cell death. Her work includes management of in vivo studies to assess the metabolic and morphologic changes that occur in the animal models under investigation, and participation with in vitro studies examining novel beta cell death signaling pathways.

Before joining the Indiana Biosciences Research Institute, she worked as a research technician at University of Pittsburgh, where she was involved with lab operations and studies investigating antifungal immune response in the kidney and assisting Dr. Mattila with Mycobacterium Tuberculosis work.
