Lisa Soard is a proven communicator with 20 years of communications experience writing about issues such as health care and life sciences, and making complex topics simple. In her role at the Indiana Biosciences Research Institute (IBRI) she directs communications, community and media relations, social media strategy and website activities.
Prior to arriving at the IBRI, she served as vice president at Reputation Partners, a Chicago-based strategic communications firm, where she worked with clients such as EY (formerly Ernst & Young), Simon Property Group, Surgical Care Affiliates and Tivity Health. Her signature accomplishments consist of large-scale social media strategies that have enhanced her clients market presence and communications plans that have raised awareness of her clients among their target audiences.
She lives in Greenwood, IN, with her husband, two kids and their labrador. She likes starting her day with a workout, enjoys relaxing with her family and loves hiking and spending time in nature.
